SKYPIERCER AND FIGHTER DRILL ARE NOT IMPLEMENTED IN THE FORGE VERSION YET, UPDATE COMING SOON
This is a Fabric mod that adds a few types of drills to the game. These drills can mine like normal diamond pickaxes, but use more durability per block than when using their abilities. They do not drop the blocks mined when using their abilities.
The Mining Drill is a simple drill that has a cooldown of half a second, when you right click with it it mines out an area in front of you.
The Fighter Drill launches you at your enemy to deal damage
The Powered Drills are faster than the Mining Drill, and there's two of them. They cannot break but can overheat. They cannot mine like normal pickaxes.
The Skypiercer can be used while flying with Elytra for speed and combat.
The Breaker Drill drives you through solid blocks, destroying anything that isn't abnormally hard in the way.
WARNING: Even though tested under vanilla conditions, Breaker Drills may lead to void death and being softlocked on the roof of the nether. There are measures in place to prevent adverse scenarios while mining at extremely high or low altitudes, but there is no telling if these measures will fail while using other mods. Please exercise caution when drilling at either very high or very low heights, especially when using other mods that modify your speed. Or not, it's called Reckless Drilling for a reason.
There are two gamerules that toggle drops for drills, drillsDropItems and breakerDrops, both of which are disabled by default.
The one most recently updated file is compatible with all versions of 1.19
