Made some changes in this version that differ a bit from the original mod.

~ Fixed broken behavior when having 'Respawn Anchors' as your respawn point.
~ Added actionBar messages that lets the player know why the teleportation failed.
~ Now fails to teleport instead of going to the world spawn.
