Added skeletons and loot tables from version 1.0.1
Simplified skeleton generation due to old version limitations
Fully changed the generation of cave and nether skeletons.
Replaced Copper Ingots with Emeralds in loot.
Changed texture of Gatherer Skeleton to nether wart variant.
Changed drops of Gatherer Skeleton to netherwart and glowstone dust instead of fungi (which are unavailable in this version).
