Green Onion Crop System Overhaul:
- Fixed green onion crop growth stages (now 2 stages: young and mature)
- Breaking immature crops now drops seeds
- Breaking mature crops drops green onions + bonus seeds (affected by Fortune enchantment)
- Right-clicking mature crops harvests green onions and resets the crop to immature state
- Green onion seeds now have a 45% chance to drop when breaking short grass or ferns
