Changelog - Tornado Volumetric Shader Update

Visual Improvements

Tornado Visibility
•  Tornado now renders ON TOP of clouds - swapped render order so tornado is always visible against storm clouds
•  Increased tornado opacity (4x multiplier) for better visibility
•  Removed cloud clearing - no more visible hole/circle in clouds around tornado

Rope Tornado (F1-F2) Behavior
•  Unified rope bending animation - entire tornado body curves together as one piece from ground to clouds
•  Slower, more realistic spin - reduced spin speed from 4.5x to 1.2x
•  Consistent thin shape - rope tornadoes stay thin all the way up to clouds, no widening
•  S-curve and ripple motion - organic snake-like movement with multiple wave frequencies
•  Same texture/look throughout - no more different-looking upper section

Wedge Tornado (F3-F5) Behavior
•  Fixed radius expansion - tornado expands up to original height, then tapers slightly toward clouds
•  No more over-expansion - prevents giant cone shape extending to clouds

Cloud Integration
•  Tornado stops at cloud base (~Y=180) and blends seamlessly into storm clouds
•  Smooth fade at top (15% fade zone) for natural cloud transition
•  No more tornado extending above clouds

Bug Fixes
•  Fixed underground rendering - tornado no longer renders below ground level
•  Fixed shader compilation error - added missing PI constant
•  Fixed render box height - reduced to match cloud layer
