Fixed weird jumping bug

Walking over different materials is effected if you are also walking through a block, Ex: walking on sand with snow on top is slower than without snow

When you respawn, if you spawn in a block that has a hardness level less than 0.6, but greater than 0 it breaks it instead of teleporting you up a block
