Fix crash on dedicated servers

 

From version 1.12.2-1.3.6:

Back port all features from 1.3.6 to Minecraft 1.12. Horses may change shade a little.

 

Note from version 1.2.4:

Changed the default value of useGeneticStats to true now that there is a way to get information about them. If you did not already have it set to true before, this will change your horses' stats. If you want to avoid that and don't want the new genetic stat features, start up Minecraft with this version and close it at the title screen, then set useGeneticStats to false in the config, then proceed.
