Adds carbon monoxide

Added death messages for dying from both of the gasses

Added two new tags "forge:co_spawn" and "forge:co_2_spawn"

forge:co_spawn blocks only spawn carbon monoxide as a chance when a block is placed below y 101

forge:co_2_spawn blocks place a co2 spawner block 2 blocks above the block's placed position, and spawns co2 above it every second

The gasses shouldn't move after reaching the top of the world

Tips

Co can only be formed with another condition, it can't see the sky

Co has a higher chance of turning into Co2 the higher in the world it is (Has to see the sky)

Only forge:co_spawn blocks can spawn co (Ex:torches, campfires), but smelting items has a 100% chance of spawning co
