What's new

Added ic2 as a dependency so Minecraft doesn't crash if you start the game without it.

Added config file with adjustable parameter used to reduce eu/t output of turbines.

Added custom block material to prevent exceptions on startup (All previously mentioned java.lang.NoSuchFieldException related to Material.IRON and Material.ROCK).
