What's new
Initial release of Ray's Utilities for 1.21.4.
Contains all of my tools from Ray's Dongles. You can use this mod along side Ray's Dongles if you wish until future ports are made for seperate mod categories.
Re-introduced Withered tools. They are un-breakable, same as before. They also apply the Wither effect when smacking an Entity with any withered tool.
