Welcome to Random Events. This mod introduces completely random events ranging from helpful loot drops to terrifying Wither storms that trigger on a timer you control. With over 30 unique events, you will never know what's coming next!
This is great for any singleplayer or multiplayer world looking to add a fresh layer of excitement and unpredictability. Great for video challenges as well
⭐ Events
🎁 Good Events (5)
- Valuable Loot Rain: It rains down gems, blocks, ingots, and nuggets of random valuable items (Including modded)
- Food Rain: It rains down random various cooked foods (Including modded) as well as baked potatoes, enchanted and normal golden apples
- XP Rain: A Random amount of XP rains from the sky
- Enderman Watchers: A random amount of Endermen holding random blocks spawn around you (The Chests, Dispensers, droppers, Furnaces, brewing stands, and Jukeboxes all also contain things in them that would fit their perspective containters, and this works with modded ones too)
- Sharp Diamond Sword: You're given a Diamond Sword with Sharpness 50
Neutral Events (8)
- Let it Snow: Snow falls from the sky, landing on the ground
- MLG: You're teleported into the sky and given a water bucket
- Chicken Rain: A random number of chickens fall from the sky
- Up up and Away: You get Levitation and Slowfall effects
- Hotbar Shuffle: Your hotbar gets mixed up
- Time change: Night goes to Day and Day goes to Night, then a thunderstorm happens
- Pumkin Head: You get a carved pumpkin put on your head
- Phantom Descends: A random number of Phantoms at different sizes spawn
⚠️ Dangerous Events (10)
- Fire Feet: Fire appears under your feet
- Creeper Aww Man: A random number of Charged Creepers spawn
- Anvil Rain: A random number of Anvils fall from the sky
- Blind Bandit: You get blindness
- Wave Attack: 3 waves come to attack you. 1st wave is Zombies with Diamond Armor, 2nd is Charged Creepers, 3rd is Skeletons with Netherite Armor, and a Power 4 bow
- Arrow Rain: A volley of arrows rain down with lightning
- Skeleton Army: A random number of Skeletons with random names in random armor spawns
- Harm Potion Rain: A random number of potions of Harming rain from the sky
- Thunderstrikes: A random number of lightning strikes come from the sky
- Ice Skating: Blue Ice spawns under your feet
☠️ Horrible Events (12)
- TNTRain: A random amount of TNT rains from the sky
- TNT Run: A random amount of TNT spawns under your feet
- Heavy Arms: Gives you mining fatigue
- Lava Feet: Lava spawns beneath your feet
- Random Teleport: Teleports you to a random location
- Ground Break: The ground breaks under you in a 3x3 cube
- Baby Zombie Rush: A random number of baby zombies with speed 2 spawn
- Ring of Lava: A ring of Lava spawns around you
- Extended Flight: Gives you Levitation for 3 minutes
- Blind Teleport: Gives you blindness and randomly teleports you
- Wither Spawn: Spawns a random number of Withers
- Water Surround: Surrounds you in a 3x3 of water
🔧 How to Install & Use
Installation:
Use the curseforge launcher, make a instance, then search Random Events after clicking add content
Every aspect is configurable. All events can be turned on/off, and the timers can be adjusted to your liking. Can you survive all 35 events?
