[1.3.8] - Forge Update

Added

  • Added a smithing result preview for Stellar Reweaving.
  • Changed attributes in the preview now show the previous value, the new value, and the exact difference directly in the result slot.
  • Nether Star reforging can now rarely grant a rainbow exclusive attribute in a special extra slot.
  • Added a config option for the Nether Star exclusive attribute chance.
  • Added an optional rainbow glint effect for items with exclusive attributes. It is disabled by default.
  • Added an animated texture for the smithing template.
  • Crafted equipment now previews its rolled attributes directly in the crafting result slot before being taken.

  • Positive and negative attribute names and values now use vanilla Minecraft attribute colors.

  • Fixed a Forge smithing crash where reforging could fail with Cannot invoke "net.minecraft.world.item.crafting.RecipeHolder.value()" because "this.selectedRecipe" is null.
  • Fixed smithing result handling so Random Attributes reforging no longer depends on vanilla smithing recipe selection state.
