Fixed some issues regarding the chisel plow

Pretty sure this is the first curseforge release with the Randall 4400, its been so long since I've touched the curseforge releases. 

Added a non functional bucket and frontloader for the Randall A, it will gain some hopper and dropper functionality in the future. 

The frontloader will get more implements that will allow it to dig, mine, etc. Currently modeled just not UV mapped or jsoned for functionality. 

Added Mackrel Agriculteral Industries as a continuation of the agricultural vehicles from the MAI Pack
