Allows you to craft the 20 Rings of Power from Lord of the Rings.

Simply craft one of the ring templates (eg. Iron ring), equip it and press the Ring special ability key and you will be randomly given one of the rings that have not yet been crafted.
Which ring you get depends on the template used. Only one of each ring is normally possible and no ring can be re-crafted (except if they are dropped and despawn)
The first person to craft the One Ring can use special commands that can affect other ring-wearers, except perhaps the dwarven rings.
All non-dwarven rings turn their wearer into a spirit upon death. After a while, they will return as a wraith which has reduced health but ignores most instances of damage. Wraiths also suffer from weakness unless they are wearing a Mannish ring of power. The ringwraith effect slows fades with time, returning the affected to normal after several minutes unless they wear a ring of power.
All non-dwarven rings have unique abilities that depend on the specific ring, most of which can be used by pressing the Ring special ability key. Dwarven rings can all give picks and swords powerful enchantments, but they also offer their wearer a powerful form of fortune that depends on the specific ring worn.
