Two exciting updates:
1. RailWand's texture changes when the wand is activated. The dormant texture is completely black and the activated texture adds color. This is super helpful for keeping track of dormant/activated status. Especially when you mine or explore between starting and ending a path.
2. The activated status persists after closing and restarting the client and/or server (so long as the shutdown is graceful and allows the game to save).

Also improved functionality to build tracks in tight, underground tunnels (one block wide, two blocks tall).
