Ragdolls

• Added translations for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Italian
• Added sleep states to ragdolls. Ragdolls will now no longer simulate if they remain stationary for too long
• Fixed the order of calculations for ragdoll physics. This should fix some issues with ragdolls being too "jittery"
• Added a configuration type to increase the distance at which you can see a ragdoll
• Improved water particles for ragdolls

Sorry for the frequent updates, i'm gonna take some time to port the mod to neoforge,

but i'll have to do some refactoring so it may take a bit
