- changed radiation bar rendering to be customisable
- added new config options to move, scale and retexture the bar
- Removed text on the bar (technical difficulties with scaling)
- cached client options for yet another performance boost
- Radiation counter right-click now indicates the rate of irradiation, and detectors tell you if you're being irradiated
