Progression V2 (0.0.4) is here!!

In this update, progression is finally available through the entirety of the mod.
Keep in mind that progression is subject to change throughout updates.

Here is everything!

- Meteorite Axe damage increased
- Nebula Armour texture changed
- Nebula related recipes (like Smithing Template and Armour)
- Changed Nebula Smithing Template achievment from a task to challenge
- Changed Nebula Smithing Template achievement name from It's Smithing Time to We Have Netherite At Home
- Added Wooden to Netherite Shivs (Wooden to Iron are Experimental, so they may not be included in later updates.)
- Added Asteroid fields which is where you can find the Nebula Smithing Template and Nebula Ore
- Added Titanium Ore (Deepslate variant included) that can be found from y13 to y-50
- Added Raw Titanium
- Added Titanium Ingot
- Added achievement for getting Titanium ingot named "iPhone 15"
- Added Meteorite Armour recipe
- Added Smooth Nebula Clump recipe (Temporary)
- Added Compression Table Recipe
