The mod changed its name because I plan for it to eventually become part of a mod that combines the automated machines I’ve created. So now, we are "Unified Works."
This is my second mod; since I created it for personal use, I tried to make it as polished as possible, but if you find any bugs, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will fix them. :)
I wanted to make the block similar to the Crafter to give it that industrial touch.
Quarry is an automated quarry for Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge, designed to provide a simple and configurable way to obtain naturally generated resources without manually mining.
The Quarry according to the dimension it is placed in, the pickaxe used, and its enchantments. It only produces resources that can naturally be obtained by mining with a pickaxe in that dimension, keeping resource generation separated between the Overworld, Nether, and End.
How It Works
Place the Quarry and open its interface. The Quarry uses a pickaxe placed in the center slot to determine which resources it can obtain.
The quarry must be oriented towards a valid storage container (e.g., a chest, barrel, or any other block capable of storing items).
Pickaxe tiers determine the maximum level of resources available:
Wooden and Golden Pickaxes: basic resources and coal.
Stone Pickaxes: unlock iron and other intermediate resources.
Iron Pickaxes: unlock higher-tier resources such as gold, redstone, diamonds, and emeralds.
Diamond and Netherite Pickaxes: provide access to the highest-tier resources, including Ancient Debris in the Nether.
The Quarry consumes pickaxe durability while operating and will stop before breaking the pickaxe.
Enchantments
Enchantments improve the Quarry's performance without bypassing the pickaxe tier restrictions.
Efficiency increases production speed and the number of independent production rolls.
Fortune can increase the quantity of compatible resources obtained.
Silk Touch allows compatible resources to be obtained in their block form.
Unbreaking reduces durability consumption.
Mending can occasionally repair the pickaxe while the Quarry is operating.
Nether Star
A Nether Star can be placed in the Quarry's dedicated slot to provide an additional productivity boost.
The Nether Star:
Increases production rolls.
Increases operating speed.
Reduces pickaxe durability consumption.
Improves the effectiveness of Mending.
Improves the chance of obtaining rare resources such as Ancient Debris.
The Nether Star does not bypass pickaxe tier restrictions. It enhances the capabilities of the pickaxe already being used.
Filters
The Quarry has eight filter slots that can be used to create a whitelist of desired outputs.
When no filters are installed, the Quarry can produce any resource available to the current dimension and pickaxe tier.
When filters are installed, only the selected outputs are accepted.
A redstone signal can also be used to disable the Quarry.
Storage
The Quarry automatically sends its production to the container placed in front of it.
It supports normal chests, double chests, barrels, and other compatible inventories. The Quarry automatically stops when the available storage can no longer accept its production and resumes when space becomes available.
Power
The Quarry does not use traditional fuel.
It is powered through its crafting recipe using a Redstone Block, while the pickaxe's durability acts as its operational limitation.
The Quarry only operates while its chunk remains loaded.
Crafting
The Quarry can be crafted using two wooden planks of any type, allowing all Minecraft wood variants, along with the other components required by the recipe.

Resources from one dimension are never randomly introduced into another dimension's resource pool.
Available in: English (US), Spanish (Mexico), Spanish (Spain), Belarusian, French, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian.
