Initial release of Quarry Opt.

  • Added caching for Extra Utilities 2 item filters
    - Added Forge-native item drop capture
    - Reduced normal Quantum Quarry chunk reset radius from 5x5 to 3x3
    - Added configurable fallbacks and safety checks
