-Added a new config file that allows modification of reforge names and some reforge stats

-Added a new config file that allows for the modification of every item's reforging material and changed the default material to iron ingots

-Reintroduced a new variation of reforge on crafting, reforge on pickup, which can be enabled in the config

-Fixed reach attribute sometimes causing the player damage

-Fixed mined blocks not stacking

-Fixed some reforges giving incorrect stats

-Fixed bow/crossbow reforges not applying extra stats

-Removed scrap metal, as it is now obsolete

-Scrapped the scrap furnace
