1.6 Additions:

Changes:
- changed the mercury turbine cycle recipes.
- High Pressure Mercury turbine energy density is now 192 RF/mB was 256 RF/mB
- Nucleosythesis Chamber Mercury and Hot Mercury heating recipe heat has been halved from 512->256 H and 256->128 H respectively. So now you get more energy from Nucleosythesis Chambers
- changed accelerator component power efficiencies to give a more meaningful impact on power consumption with higher tier components. Generally you will find accelerators will use less power than before.

- changed the spallation and fission waste reprocessing recipes
- change the balance of r-process(neutron) recipes in nuclearsynthesis chamber. Recipes now use less neutrons and some recipes have been removed or changed to include new NCO elements
- changed tin ore leacher and mass spectrometer recipes to output 2.5x more tungsten
- changed how heat and power are calculated in mass spectrometer. Each magnet layer now adds a set amount of heat and power no matter the magnet type, both values set are set in configs. The power usage is then divided by the efficiency of the magnet type used. This means better magnets use less power but the heat is always the same no mater the magnet type.
- changed Mass Spectrometer construction so that multiple types of magnet can be used, they just have to be the same type for a single layer.
- changed the limits on accelerator magnet and RF cavity power efficiency configs to between 0.01 and 100 instead of 0 and 1
- increased processor time and power config limit to max int. Not sure why it was 2^15-1 before
- moved mass spectrometer process time to its own config
- Hafnium neutron shield is now Hafnium-Erbium neutron shield
- added iodine as an output of boron ore leaching and mass spectrometer
- changed proton induced fission target chamber recipes
- changed target chamber recipes with Mg-24 inputs or output and Mg-26 outputs to be just magnesium
- increased cross section of electron neutrino/antineutrino recipes to 2% in target chamber and increased max energy to 1 GeV
- increased cross section of electron recipes to 2% in target chamber
- moved Ir-192 neutron thermal capture recipe from target chamber to fission irradiator
- changed spallation recipes in JEI to be ordered from lightest element to heaviest. It was random before.
- changed SSFAF dust recipe to only output 3 dusts to be in line with the other superconductor dusts
- changed lead tungstate scintillator recipe to output 8 instead of 1. It was very expensive before.

Fixes:
- added fall back recipes to mass spectrometer and ore leacher if for some reason iron or gold dust don't exist
- fixed missing mass spectrometer recipes for Rhodochrosite, ferroboron, extreme alloy caused by typos
- fixed wrong amount of boron outputted for mass spectrometer recipe for borax
- fixed misspelled unlocalized name
- fixed typo for crafttweaker method registerVacuumChamberHeater (was registerVaccuumChamberHeater)
- changed how the unit formating system. Now in certain places with fast changing numbers in guis trailing zeros are added to stop changes in string length making them hard to read
- fixed NSC calcium to titanium recipe not using right amount of helium (it should be 2 buckets)
- fixed wrong tile entity paths for some mutiblock parts such as accelerator magnets and cavities
- fixed rare crash caused by particle chambers pulling particles from accelerators
Removals:
- removed electron induced fission target chamber recipes
- removed Cn-291 neutron fission target chamber recipe
- deprecated magnesium 24, magnesium 26, uranium 234, protactinium 231, terbium and strontium chloride (this means the items still exist but are not craftable or have an ore dictionary)
- removed molten terbium
- removed target chamber recipes with Mg-26 as input
- remove gold to iridium-192 proton target recipe
- removed most target chamber recipes based on neutron thermal capture. Accelerators in QMD really should not do thermal neutron capture, reactors should.
- removed iron to nickel alpha process recipe in NSC
