Fixes And Changes =====================================================

- Added and removed some tags
- Entities with the "Exploding" effect now explode upon death if the effect is still active
- Red Sufferer's chase phase Is renamed to Amputator (Along with it's ID)
- Red Sufferers/Amputators will now be stunned if hit with the monk's staff (upon stunning it, the staff will break instantly (requires a strength effect))
- Shogun's stunned state has been increased from 3 to 6 seconds
- Red Sufferers/Amputators will have their speed and strength increase the more mobs they kill
- Blowgun now has custom sounds (Credits to thedude79 for providing them)
- Red Sufferers/Amputators now have custom sounds (Credits to thedude79 for providing them)
- Buffed Anarchist, Exploder & Eskobomber
- Retextured Scavager, Looter and Bandits for christmas
- Reverted Pyrologer's and Easterloger textures back into the original
