Puff Blank

A compatability mod for Vic's Point Blank and Pufferfish Attributes.
It adds a new damage type and makes Point Blank weapons use it in order to be detected as a ranged damage type by Pufferfish.

This makes it so that you can add ranged damage resistance to players or armor pieces, and the damage reduction will be applied properly (base point blank's damage type is not a projectile). It also allows you to add armor and protection enchantment penetration to the weapons themselves.

A side effect of this mod is that point blank weapon damage is now reduced by projectile protection.
