+ Use Potion - Uses the potions in player inventory on target entities
+ Capture Block - Captures the block at target position, can then use as a dev/null
- Blocks can be retrieved from the psi core by right clicking on the ground.
* Psi Core (Entity) have a max capacity of 4096 before it starts capturing them in normal psi cores.
* Psi Core (Block) have an "infinite" storage capacity.
