Reverted advancements to the older more spammy version

Primitive Twig Pile ignition: 58% → 65% Reverted the accidental Leaf Litter nerf: Crude Stone Cutters → 2 Plant Fiber Crude Multitool → 2 Flint Multitool → 4 Flint Plant Cutters / Advanced Flint Multitool → 6 The actual intended Crude Stone Cutters change is now applied to the crafting cost: 2 Very Refined Stone 1 Plant Tool Binding 1 Lightly Burnt Twig You no longer need to add a second Plant Tool Binding to the cutter assembly. If an older in-progress cutter assembly already contains the old second binding, completing it refunds that extra binding. Updated the detailed advancements so they show the corrected cost/yields and 65% ignition chance.
