NEW TOWNHALL:
Town Hall made no sense and often didn't fit. 
The old blueprint will still be in the pack (as invisible/creative - or whoever build it already).
But the new Town hall uses the front hall of the tunnel section with 4 towers and ALWAYS FIT PERFECTLY!

Added (NEW): Upgradeable Portal decorations - 3 levels
Added: Platform, Pillar decorations.
