- Replaced permanent omnipotent fields in config with new custom Player Configurations

- Player Configurations include the following settings:

- Player Username (or can set to '*' to apply to all players)

- Player UUID (if server uses custom names)

- True/False on whether or not the player starts and remains enlightened (old permanent enlightenment option)

- Handicap for entities enlightened (starting number of entities enlightened)

- Multiplier for entities enlightened (by how much does the entities enlightened score increase per enlightenment, can set to 0 to disable the score count)

- Additional Internal refactoring
