Project Hero v0.15.12 -- THE ULTRON UPRISING: a new Hero-tier raid, Ultron's 3-body boss fight, Vibranium Plating and the Mind Stone

🤖 NEW RAID: THE ULTRON UPRISING Ultron isn't one body, he's a network. Cut his relay pylons, smash his robot army, and chase him from body to body until he's purged for good. It sits after the Sentinel Purge in the progression, and anyone can run it.

🔴 HOW TO START IT

• Craft an Ultron Beacon:
  • top row: netherite scrap, Arc Reactor, netherite scrap
  • middle row: iron block, Master Mold Core (dropped in the Sentinel Purge), iron block
  • bottom row: netherite scrap, redstone block, netherite scrap
• Place it and right-click it in Survival (not on Peaceful). It becomes Ultron's uplink: it glows red, the sky turns red, and it can't be mined while the raid runs.
• Admins: /projecthero raid start ultron (also end and advancetimer).
• Optional (off by default in config/projecthero_ultron.json): Tony Starks with 3+ Marks built can get a JARVIS warning and a beacon at random.

🏟️ THE ARENA

• The fight happens where you place the beacon, inside a 40-block ring of red and cyan particles.
• Anyone who walks in joins. Fighters who leave are pulled back.
• If you die you're out until you walk back in. If every fighter is down at the same time, Ultron wins and the uplink burns out.

📡 RELAY PYLONS

• 3 pylons rise out of the ground around the uplink: 300 HP each (+100 per extra fighter), a pulsing red eye and a red beam to the uplink.
• While a pylon stands, Ultron's robots within 16 blocks repair 2 HP a second.
• Destroying a pylon sends out an EMP that stuns every robot within 12 blocks for 3 seconds.
• After wave 5, "CUT THE LINKS": Ultron won't show himself until every pylon is down.

⚙️ HIS ARMY (5 waves, bigger with more fighters)

• Ultron Drone (30 HP): flies and fires red bolts. Comes in swarms.
• Ultron Sentinel Drone (45 HP): leaps in to claw you. When destroyed it beeps 3 times and explodes for 6.
• Ultron Heavy (120 HP, 10 armour): telegraphs, then fires 3 red homing missiles, and stomps anyone close.
• Ultron Sniper Frame (40 HP): perches on the pylons, paints you with a laser sight for 1.5 seconds, then fires a 14-damage shot. Break line of sight!
• Robots take +50% damage from lightning and Electrokinesis, +25% from Hulk and heavy melee, and are immune to poison and wither.

👁️ BOSS, BODY 1: ULTRON PRIME

• 900 HP (+300 per extra fighter, up to 3000), 12 armour, flies.
• Repulsor Barrage: 5 quick red beams at different players.
• Encephalo-Beam: a red line warns you for 1 second, then he sweeps a face laser across the arena. Dodge it!
• Drone Swarm: calls in more drones.
• Magnetic Pull (below 66%): yanks you in and punches you.
• Dive Bomb (below 33%): flies up and slams down with a 6-block shockwave.
• Enrages at 33% health and attacks faster.
• Body Jump: when you kill a Prime body while a spare pylon stands, his mind uploads in a red streak to that pylon and a new Prime builds there at 50% HP. When Prime arrives he raises 2 reserve pylons; destroy them to stop him jumping.

🦾 BOSS, BODY 2: THE ULTRON SENTRY

• With nowhere left to jump, he rises as a 6-block giant: 1500 HP (+400 per extra fighter, up to 4000), 14 armour.
• Arm Slam: 16 damage in a 4.5-block radius.
• Chest Cannon: charges for 2 seconds, then fires a wide red beam.
• Missile Rain: 8 red missiles.
• Shield Phase at 50%: he goes invulnerable while 3 tethered drones hold the shield. Kill them to break it, and he staggers for 4 seconds taking +50% damage.
• When he falls, his head cracks and JARVIS confirms: Ultron has been purged from the network.

🦾 IRON MAN TIE-INS

• Iron Man lock-on targets Ultron's drones and pylons.
• JARVIS has new lines for the raid.
• Ultron's hits wear your suit's integrity down 10% faster (he's in your systems).

🎁 REWARDS

• The uplink turns into a reward chest:
  • Vibranium Plating x(2 + party size)
  • the Ultron Core trophy
  • 1-3 netherite scrap, diamonds, redstone, gold, emeralds, XP bottles and an enchanted book
• Mind Stone: every winner gets one straight into their inventory on their first-ever clear.

💠 NEW: VIBRANIUM PLATING

• Put an Iron Man armour piece and Vibranium Plating in a Smithing Table (no template needed) to give that piece +2 armour and +1 toughness.
• Once per piece. Iron Man armour only.
• Shows on the piece's tooltip and in the I-key suit spec sheet ("n / 4 pieces plated").

🟡 NEW: THE MIND STONE

• Hold it in your offhand for Night Vision, and hostile mobs within 24 blocks get a gold outline (only you can see it).
• Right-click a mob within 24 blocks to charm it for 10 seconds: it fights other hostiles for you. 30 second cooldown, and mobs with 100+ max HP resist.

🏆 NEW: ULTRON CORE

• A trophy block: a pedestal with a slowly turning red eye.

📖 New guidebook chapter: The Ultron Uprising. Every robot has a spawn egg in the creative tab. Every HP and damage number, the wave sizes and rewards can be changed in config/projecthero_ultron.json.
