Fix: Bogged now correctly shoot poison tipped arrows.
Change: Persistent projectiles (including arrows) now deal baseDamagespeed damage, instead of 0.5baseDamage*speed^2.

Change: Critical damage bonus is now a Gaussian centred around +25%.
