v1.6.0 - Added smelting recipes for the smithing table (vanilla 2 iron ingots) and the crafting_on_a_stick variant. - Added smelting for flint and steel (1 iron ingot). - Added smelting for every chain in the pack: vanilla chain, Everything Copper chains (all 8 oxidation/waxed states), mcw-lights copper & golden chains, Bibliocraft gold chain, ars_additions golden/archwood/sourcestone/polished chains, Ice & Fire chains. - Dropped three dead lantern entries (supplementaries gold/lead lantern, plain bibliocraft iron lantern) that threw errors on every load: those items don't exist in this pack. 21 new melting recipes in total.
