PrismTorch
PrismTorch adds colored torches that each stop a specific category of mobs — hostiles, animals, phantoms, guardians, the Warden and more — from spawning within a configurable radius, plus a rainbow Master Torch that blocks them all.

- Config is now server-synced. The radius settings use a SERVER config (
<world>/serverconfig/prismtorch-server.toml) that is sent to clients on join, so item tooltips always show the actual server values instead of the client's local file.
