PrismTorch

PrismTorch adds colored torches that each stop a specific category of mobs — hostiles, animals, phantoms, guardians, the Warden and more — from spawning within a configurable radius, plus a rainbow Master Torch that blocks them all.

[1.1.0] – 2026-07-05

Post-launch update: quality-of-life improvements to the radius display and full localisation of all command/system text.

Changed

  • /prismtorch show is now a live toggle. Running it turns the radius display on; the particle rings are redrawn continuously and follow you as you walk and look around, so you can inspect the whole area. Run the command again to turn it off, or let it auto-disable after 20 seconds.
  • Per-player display – the rings are now shown only to the player who ran the command, instead of to everyone nearby.
  • Guardian torch recoloured toward a prismarine teal-green (flame and particles), so it's easier to tell apart from the ocean-blue Fish & Squid torch.

Added

  • Localised command & system messages. /prismtorch info, /prismtorch show and all status/auto-off messages now use translation keys and ship in English (en_us) and German (de_de). New languages can be added with a lang file only — no code changes required.
