Presence Footsteps (Forge)

Forge-specific:
- First stable release, meaning full feature parity with the Fabric version! :D
- The F10 config GUI is now implemented and its keybind is configurable
- Update checking is now implemented using Forge's version checker system
- Built for Forge 43.2.3+

Ported all changes from Presence Footsteps [Fabric] 1.6.4 for MC 1.19.2:
- Fixed crash when running alongside Pehkui #191
- Fixed broken translation key for the setting beybind @HereticHazel
- Updated zh_cn translation @GodGun968
- Added sound mapping for all the new 1.20 blocks and entities
- Fixed crash at startup with certain mods #181
- Changed dark log sounds to be more consistent with the other logs #178
- Updated russian translation (thanks to @xlifi)

Please let me know if you find any bugs in this port that aren't in the Fabric version, such as missing functionality.
