Added a custom tab group for Prefab. All blocks and items will now appear in this creative tab group.
Added configuration option to determine if water is allowed in dimensions other than the overworld for blueprints.
Note: Structures generated in the Nether still replace the water sources with cobblestone.

Fixes!
Fixed an issue where water logged blocks in blueprints would be generated as waterlogged in the Nether and the End. This has been updated to replace these waterlogged blocks with cobblestone. This is a similar process to what is done with water blocks
Fixed an issue where the player could get infinite blueprint items if they used the preview function and then moved the item out of their hand/inventory and used a keyboard shortcut to generate the building.

Added the Advanced Aqua Base structure. This is like the Aqua Base but with more stuff around the outside of the building.
Added the Sugar Cane Farm. This is an automation structure which will automatically gather the sugar cane after it grows a certain height. The player can place a Minecart with Hopper to gather the items as they are broken.
Moved the Workshop from the Moderate House item to it's own item as it was too advanced for the Moderate House item.
Added Ukrainian language file.

Fixed an issue where the player could not repair the Bulldozer in the Anvil with Triple Compressed Stone.

Previously we were embedding the ModMenu, ClothConfig and Auto Config mods with this mod. This was causing issues when other mods were doing the same thing or the player pulled these mods specifically into their "mods" folder and had different versions. We have now updated this project to properly show what mods are required to run and which ones are optional.
