Changes:

-Added 2 client side only modes

-The first mode is 'simple' mode, where you can only control precision mining for all tools at once - no individual control

-The second mode attempt to differ tools from each other based on the type of tool, damage, enchants, name (including names applied from an anvil) and repair cost. It's still a bit limited but is much closer to normal than the 'simple' mode
