PrankLevels

First public release for Forge 1.20.1 (replaces the earlier upload of the same version).

• Every player picks a prank level from 0 to 5 that says what others may do to them and to their bases; between two players the lower level counts.
• Conflicts with a minimum level while they last (the victim is never told), bases of any shape with trust and hand-over, bounties, levels that rise by themselves, and protection against other mods' machines, pistons and graves.
• Built for Forge, Minecraft 1.20.1. Required on the server and on every player's game.
• Use it with Server Logistics 1.0.0 of the same release, on the server and on every game.
