Adds a keybind to toggle the Practicalities Item Magnet and Rare Earth Magnet on and off with a single keybind

Ever been extremely annoyed at the process of Disabling/Enable the practicalities item magnet?
I know I have, here is a mod that fixes it. Creates a keybind called "Toggle Magnet" which defaults to M.
Will save you a ton of time and annoyance :)
