-Fix some error 

Belt Changes:

 

-Added support for the Activator item  item by overriding interaction logic.

-Right-clicking with the Activator rotates the block clockwise (NORTH -> EAST -> SOUTH -> WEST) by updating its HORIZONTAL_FACING property.

 

-Tweaks speed belt

Place Events:

 

-When clicking a belt with another belt item, the system automatically searches for the first available space in the direction the player is looking (up to 8 blocks).

-The new block is placed with the correct orientation, accompanied by item consumption (if not in Creative mode).
