Power of the Void

Refine Gauss's mechanism:

1. Add battery hud at bottom right corner. Player gain charge from moving or casting Thermal Sunder Spell(only the "Thermal Sunder" instant version), player loose charge from standing still, cast "Kinetic Plating" and "Redline" spell.
2. Add "Kinetic Plating" and "Mach Rush" spell.
3. "Redline" now can boost "Thermal Sunder" and "Kinetic Plating" power by reading the amount of charge player has.

完善了高斯的技能机制：

1. 添加电池计量表，玩家可通过移动或释放热能抽离技能获取电量（仅限无吟唱版本“热能抽离”），站立不动或释放“动能镀层”，“赤限”将失去电量。
2. 添加“动能镀层”以及“马赫冲驰”技能。
3. “赤限”现在可以通过读取玩家剩余电量增强“动能镀层”以及“热能抽离”。
