Added: Lung Cancer!

Excessive vape use can now make you get lung cancer. This comes with a couple of debuffs, like occasional nausea, slowness, blindness and less oxygen underwater.

Lung cancer heals by itself slowly, but the healing process can be accelerated by drinking lots of milk.

Added a new enchantment: Healthy, which makes the vape cause lung cancer slower. Level IV of the enchantment makes it impossible to get lung cancer from it.

This feature can be disabled in the potionvapes.json file located in the config/ folder - just set "cancerMode" to "false".
