fixed strength and weakness attribute modfiiers not being modifiable via json

added the following options to the potion jsons

  • blacklistedEntities (list of modid:mobid)
  • blacklistedTags (list of any tags to search in mobs "Tags" nbt)
  • blocksApplicationOf (list of modid:potionid potions that cant be applied when this potion is active)
  • removesOnApplication (list of modid:potionid potions that will be removed from the entity when this potion is added)
