Potassium 1.5.0+26.1-26.1.2

Added

  • Added Mod Menu upscaling selection for Potassium Spatial, FSR1, FSR2, FSR3, SGSR1, SGSR2, DLSS, and XeSS.
  • Added short descriptions for each upscaling option so players can quickly understand what each mode does.
  • Added visible backend status messages for unavailable, fallback, and active upscaling paths.

Changed

  • FSR3 frame generation now defaults to disabled for safer compatibility.
  • Quality preset and frame-generation preference buttons can now be changed even when a backend is currently unavailable.
  • Improved the upscaling selector UI by replacing many separate buttons with one cleaner cycling selector.

Stability

  • Potassium Spatial and other framebuffer upscaling paths remain disabled on Apple Silicon for now to avoid water, transparency, and first-person item rendering issues.
  • Preserved fallback-safe behaviour when native DLSS, XeSS, or FSR3 backends are unavailable.
  • Kept unsupported upscaling options non-crashing with clear status text.

Notes

  • DLSS, XeSS, and full FSR3 native frame generation are still not fully implemented.
  • Unsupported upscaling modes will show as unavailable or fallback instead of crashing.
