Restores Numismatic Overhaul's `moneyDropPercentage` behaviour on true player deaths when `keepInventory=true`.
Drops the affected purse value as physical Numismatic currency at the death location.
Preserves normal `keepInventory` behaviour for ordinary inventory items.
Leaves Numismatic Overhaul's normal death handling untouched when `keepInventory=false`.
Uses transactional drop handling so the purse is not reduced unless the physical currency drop is successfully created.
