- Adds the custom Better Advancements tab behaviour required by PotA.
- Dynamically updates gated PotA advancement tabs as progression changes.
- Suppresses non-PotA advancement toasts used internally by the pack.
- Uses event-driven advancement updates with no continuous render polling.
- Client-side only.
