1. Added 'Pearl Wand' (may not work because it is not tested yet)

2. Something would happen if you right clicked the wand on a living entity. (Drink Regeneration potion before doing this)

3. Added 'Got All Discs' Advancement (not tested, may not work)

4. (#SmallFix) Fixed - Sometimes the 'Overpowered Stick' just stay idle (Don't do anything) after right-clicking...
