adds hallway decoration to surround portals

adds "Broken" portals if there is no portal to place in the hallway

adds Exp Storage Block

  • right click to place Exp in
  • shift right click to pull Exp out
  • jump right click to view status

adds Advanced Enchanter

  • place on iron bars surrounded by Enchantment tables to work
  • put inside a flint diagonally up from an iron ingot with enough Exp (4000 i think) nearby to craft the portal maker

adds side room to portal hallway for crafting the portal maker

adds dungeon in overworld in with a random portal with greater than 1/10 chance of sending to the portal hallway
