Portable Storage Bags

The GUI has been redrawn. Added some convenient access buttons. Added quick take mode. In the quick mode("Q"), you can quickly take items. The "↑" logic has been modified. "↑" can be used to store all selected types of items currently in the backpack in one click. Holding down Shift + "↑" can store all items that can be stored in one click. "↓" still functions to take all currently selected items. The custom storage bag now allows adding unadded types directly in the menu. Optimized the interaction of the plugin. Added mod's plugin to the blacklist of the filling plugin. The filling plugin cannot fill the items in the blacklist.
