Quest bugfixes
You need to remove all quest configs in config/ponymagic/leveling/ or fix 15 level place_block quest for your own

If you already have 14 level - you need to set this level again (after recreating configs) with `/magic setlevel <username> 14`
Fixed:
- counting detector_rail in place_block quest for 15 level
- counting hoe in craft_tool quest

- disabled search bar in creative tab
