Polymorphic AE2

First release. Brings Polymorph+ recipe conflict picking to Applied Energistics 2.

Added

• Crafting terminal. When the ingredients you put in match more than one recipe, the Polymorph+ button appears and you choose which result you want, exactly as you would at a crafting table.
• Pattern encoding terminal. Same thing when encoding a crafting pattern, so the pattern stores the recipe you actually meant rather than whichever one the game happened to pick.
• The picker follows the terminal when you switch between terminal layouts.
